I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing since 2014, with more than a decade of experience in community mental health settings across South Florida. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan, supporting people through periods of change, emotional stress, and personal growth.
My background includes extensive work in outpatient clinics, community-based programs, and intensive treatment settings. I’ve supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, substance use concerns, and major life changes—often within complex family and cultural contexts. I’ve also collaborated closely with psychiatrists, multidisciplinary teams, and community organizations to ensure thoughtful, coordinated care.
In addition to my clinical work, I’ve served in supervisory and leadership roles, guiding therapists, case managers, and social work interns. These experiences have shaped a grounded, practical approach to therapy that balances reflection and insight with real-world application.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel clearer, steadier, and more confident as you navigate the situations and decisions that matter most in your life.
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real life. My approach is relational and insight-oriented, with a focus on helping you better understand yourself, your patterns, and the choices available to you—without judgment or pressure to move faster than you’re ready.
In our work together, we take time to explore what may be contributing to stress, disconnection, or dissatisfaction in your life, whether that shows up in relationships, work, or your sense of fulfillment. I help you reflect on these experiences, identify what feels most important to you, and develop practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Therapy with me is conversational, respectful, and paced to meet you where you are. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and work toward change that feels meaningful, sustainable, and aligned with your values.
I work primarily with adults who are thoughtful, capable, and motivated, yet find themselves feeling stuck or unsettled in some area of their lives. Many of the people I work with function well on the outside, but feel uncertain, disconnected, or weighed down internally.
Some are navigating changes in relationships, roles, or direction. Others want to better understand patterns that keep showing up, even when they’ve tried to address them before. Often, there’s a sense that something isn’t quite working the way it once did—and a desire to approach things differently.
My work tends to be a good fit for those who are open to reflection, curious about themselves, and interested in gaining insight that can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re unsure where to begin. My role is to meet you where you are and support you in making meaningful changes in a way that feels manageable and empowering.
