Virtual therapy for adults in Florida, navigating stress, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth.

Life can feel demanding even when things are generally going well. You may be managing work, relationships, and responsibilities successfully, yet still feel stressed, unsettled, or unsure about what you want next. For some, this shows up during life transitions; for others, it’s ongoing tension in relationships, a sense of burnout, or feeling disconnected from fulfillment or purpose.
Therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and gain clarity around what you’re experiencing. My work is collaborative and grounded in real-life application. Together, we focus on understanding what feels out of balance in your life, whether that’s stress, relationships, transitions, or ongoing pressure, and identifying practical ways to move forward.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I’m mindful of how culture, identity, and context shape the way we experience stress, relationships, and change.
Therapy sessions are available in English and Spanish.

You may recognize yourself in some of these experiences:
Being here doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. Often, it reflects a desire to better understand yourself, respond differently to stress or relationships, and move forward in a way that feels more intentional and aligned with who you are.

Therapy isn’t about fixing you or rushing toward answers. It’s a collaborative process of understanding what’s happening in your day-to-day life and creating space to respond differently.
In our work together, I help you:
This work unfolds at a thoughtful, sustainable pace. The focus is on steady understanding and change that can be realistically applied to your everyday life.
Starting therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. The process is designed to be supportive, collaborative, and paced to meet you where you are.
You can schedule your session online at a time that works for you. Before your first appointment, you might receive brief intake forms to help me better understand what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on.
Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin to understand what’s been going on in your life. We’ll talk about what feels most important right now and what you’d like support with. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
As therapy continues, sessions focus on what’s showing up in real time, whether that’s stress, relationships, decisions, or changes in your life. We revisit goals as needed and adjust along the way, working toward understanding and change in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, therapy can help.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin—just a willingness to start the conversation. When you’re ready, I invite you to take the next step at your own pace.
